"Creating an Inclusive and Respectful Work Environment"
We would like to inform you that attendance at an Anti-Discrimination, Anti-Harassment Workshop is mandatory for all Cluster PIs within this year. As PI, you hold a crucial role in fostering an inclusive, respectful, and productive work environment for your team. Discrimination and harassment are not only detrimental to individual well-being, but they also undermine teamwork, destroy motivation, and hinder scientific excellence. To ensure the continued success of our collaborative research efforts, it is essential that we actively address these issues and create a work culture that promotes equality and respect.
