The talk will be focusing on the following topics:
• Diversity and Inclusion in academic settings – What are D&I?
• Effects on academic careers – How do D&I affect you and your team?
• Inclusive practices, allyship and resilience in academia – How does empowerment work?
The target group: Scientists from all Career levels are explicitly invited to take part in this workshop, from PhD student to PI. The workshop will take place online and in English spoken language. Feel invited to let us know beforehand if you have any needs or wishes in order to participate well.
