First case of Dirofilaria hongkongensis infection in Germany presenting as a breast tumour.

A breast tumour in an Indian born German Traveller surprisingly turned out to be an infection with Dirofilaria hongkongensis - a zoonosis on the rise in endemic areas and the first reported case in Germany.
